“Na Sombra” is a two-part documentary that chronicles, like a diary, the release of Clã’s latest album, “Véspera”. Rehearsals, recording sessions, arguments about set and costume design, shooting music videos, designing illustrations for the album, scheduling concerts – all this prepares the album’s release in early spring 2020, when, suddenly, Clã (and the world) are surprised by the Covid-19 pandemic. How does a band deal with a sudden obstacle to their way of doing and showing things? How do they face these new challenges and adapt themselves in order to reach their audience?
