电影《A Short Conversation Between a Brother and a Sister》的剧情简介：
Two siblings and filmmakers look through old tapes they filmed during their shared four weeks of vacation with their father each year. What do they see? Exotic landscapes and a new language. What do they not see? Their father’s emigration, the divorce, habitual family dynamics, arguments. From the present, the filmmakers look back and negotiate storytelling with memory.‘Music’ and ‘geology’ become two anchors through which this film is constructed. Through gestural filmmaking, music becomes a type of short term affective memory, while geology allows us to read the long-term, long-lasting fossils of our memory. A short conversation between a brother and sister, wondering who they were and who they are.
