Enrique was a public servant of the judicial system in Mexico, since 1997 he has participated in several investigations such as the case of "las muertas de Juárez", another one is "Jean Succar Kuri" and the massacre in San Fernando, Tamaulipas, all of those cases became a testimony about the corrupt system and the violence that hit the country.
