Ștefan Hladiuc chose to live under a bridge in Strasbourg, working hard to turn the area into a green haven while protesting in a unique way at the European Court of Human Rights for the injustice he feels was done to him in Romania. Ştefan works tirelessly from dawn to dusk on his patch of land, tending the garden or tinkering at his gadgets and devices that have seen better days. A film that shows creativity, commitment and determination. We discover a unique and special story, but above all a state of mind in which this Romanian has been living in for years, waiting for the justice that might never come.
