剧情梗概：
「就活」，全写「就职活动」，即是中文的「求职」，故事就是以此为题材。富川家一家之主富川洋辅（三浦友和）是大型钢铁制造商日本钢铁金属的人事部长，他工作带着信念，长年为了公司尽心尽力，人事上最麻烦的新人采用及裁员通告都是由他来负责。他得到部下的信赖，但因为不擅变通，升职速度比同期慢。最近他收到董事提出要他录用大客户社长的儿子，违背了他一直以来以公平方式选定人材的信念。在把公司内的职员川村优子（木村多江）解雇，但对方却表示想留在公司。她过去曾为洋辅的部下并暗暗喜欢他，但在感情无法实现之时她就开始了进逼的行为。母亲富川水希（黑木瞳）是私立深泽学园中学的国语教师，无论是家长还是学生都十分信任她。她一直有买入属於自己家居的梦想，很想在庭园种植自己喜欢的花，时常充满笑容又有魅力，为了家人展现值得信任的一面。最近校长原口亨（矢岛健一）评价水希的工作後希望她延长合约，然而他背後另有所图。女儿富川栞（前田敦子）在珠宝首饰制造商工作，她一直习惯收到父亲给的零用钱，所以经常依赖别人，也不会做吃亏的事。她因为工作上受到性骚扰，找同事真壁雄斗（渡边大）商谈。真壁之前曾和女上司中原绫子（山本未来）交往，现在栞积极接近他，似乎会产生三角关系？儿子富川光（工藤阿须加）是求职中的三流大学生，四周的同学逐一拿到内定，让他越来越焦躁。他有着强大的正义感，会亲手逮获痴汉，然而顽固的一面似足父亲，对於自己决定的事绝不妥协。他为了求职而参加由国原耕太（新井浩文）所开设的「国原就活塾」，那里收取30万入学费，换来教导求职相关技巧及保送进目标企业，和光一起加入的是大学生户川加奈（中川知香）。一家四口各自因为不同理由而不得不去求职，带出「对人来说工作是什麽？」「人为什麽要工作？」等社会问题，是一部幽默和悬疑交错的家庭剧集。编剧为《华丽一族》《水男孩》的桥本裕志，《求职家族～一定会顺利》1月12日朝日木9首播。
