剧情梗概：
刚从复旦大学毕业的许诺（瞿颖饰）好不容易拦上一辆出租车，今天是她去威臣大广告公司最后一道面试的大日子，但是向来迷糊的许诺竟把最重要的文件落在家里了，急中生智的许诺向旁边同样堵塞在路上的私家车的主人借用电话，高积安（胡兵饰）犹豫了一下把电话交给她，谁知瞬间出租车开动，连人带手机消失在眼前。 一心认为遇上了骗子的高积安怒气冲冲地回到公司，发现正在面试的新人就是许诺！他出题为难她，整蛊她后说不用她，许诺生气离开。却被积安在公司的死对头周进挽留，还让许诺当积安的助理。一对欢喜冤家从此杠上了。从台湾来的创意总监田国荣（张世饰）总是有着无数笔感情的糊涂账，他与积安同住一室，搞笑段子无数。但这天，一位叫赵岱玲（张本喻饰）的台湾女子挺着肚子来找田国荣，说他是经手人。田国荣惊呆了。许诺在和积安的相处中了解积安是因为2年前莫名失踪的女友方芳（李婉华饰）才来到上海工作，渐渐被他的认真和深情吸引，当积安被暗算离开威臣时，许诺也毫不犹豫地选择跟他创业……
