剧情梗概：
富家子田伟晨（张家辉饰）是家中独子，却从来不过问家族生意，一副纨绔子弟模样的他与父亲田立光的关系一直不好。天有不测之风云，家中破产，伟晨失去了所有，身边的所有异性都离开了他，让他深觉女人都是贪慕虚荣的。失意的伟晨登上了邮轮散心，他遇到了同样失意的方雅文（张可颐饰）。一番了解后，伟晨被雅文的气质深深吸引，雅文也不介意伟晨的现状，伟晨倍受感动。原来雅文一直受家中父母的影响对爱情充满了期待，怎料在结婚前男友竟然逃婚了。起初雅文只觉得伟晨是个替代品，但经过了一系列浪漫相处后，两人在船上迅速结婚。但两人后来却因为误会而离婚了，离婚后的两人各散东西，不久却在一间旅游公司再次碰面了，成为了一对斗气冤家，公事上针锋相对，而两人背后各有后盾。伟晨意外发现自己与雅文的离婚手续还没有弄清，害怕自己随时被雅文追讨赡养费，他把前妻介绍了旧同学刘华，原来刘华是存心欺骗雅文的，幸好伟晨发现及时，此时雅文才了解伟晨对自己的是真心的，但她再次对爱情失去信心……
