剧情梗概：
该剧改编自麻耶雄嵩的推理小说《贵族侦探》及其续作《贵族侦探对女侦探》，讲述了年龄、身世、住所、本名都完全是谜的青年号称贵族侦探，却对推理这种杂事毫无兴趣，让身边的女佣、司机和管家代替自己推理破案的故事。相叶雅纪饰演年龄、家庭、学历、住所、甚至连名字都成谜、自封贵族侦探的青年，武井咲饰新人侦探，井川遥饰被她视为师傅的侦探，生濑胜久饰刑警，中山美穗饰女仆，泷藤贤一饰司机，松重丰饰执事，仲间由纪惠饰谜之人物。主人公贵族侦探（相叶雅纪饰）是个年龄、家族、学历、住处，甚至真名都不为人知的青年。他自称贵族，而且是个对侦探感兴趣的贵族侦探。他公开说为美丽的女性服务是贵族的修养，以与案件有关的女性谈话为乐，举止有礼，是个奉行女士优先的绅士。但是，他非常看重贵族身份，很在意自己的权威。作为侦探，他却从不调查，真正到现场查检的是他的司机佐藤（泷藤贤一饰）、女仆田中（中山美穗饰）、管家山本（松重丰饰）。对于这个调查偶然遇到的案件而且能指使警方高层的贵族侦探，负责现场指挥的鼻形雷雨（生濑胜久饰）也只能捏着鼻子默许，任由他解决案件。与他们常在案件中打交道且与贵族侦探形成竞争关系的还有新人女侦探高德爱香（武井咲饰）。高德因为崇拜她的老师、女侦探喜多见切子（井川遥饰）才立志成为侦探，而喜多见却在推理对决中败给贵族侦探后神秘死亡。
