剧情梗概：
《监狱学园》讲述了东京郊外的私立八光学园的故事，这所为了培养大小姐的贵族学校从公元2011年4月开始正式改为了男女合校，首批入学的男子有五个人。他们并不是全员都帅得一塌糊涂能够迷倒众生，甚至相貌属于很不起眼的类型。在身处周围1000位女生的女校范围内，这些男人能够克制住自己蓬勃的青春欲望吗？主人公藤野清志等人的命运究竟如何呢？全寄宿制的原女子高中?私立八光（はちみつ）学园入学了的男学生，包括藤野清志（キヨシ）只有5人。超过1000人的女学生面前，是甜蜜美满的学园生活及兴奋不已的清志们，不过，某日，因偷窥女子洗澡这样的罪名而被支配着学园的「里学生会」监禁了。接着，作为处罚而称呼为监狱的惩罚栋（通称：プリズン）内被迫于为期1个月的宵禁生活???。为了与同班同学的千代约会，所以清志欲尝试越狱，而里学生会的会长、副会长、书记等，亦想千方百计般迫使清志们退学。男子学生5人，不屈服于里学生会的支配下，能够可以平安无事地从监狱内逃脱吗！？
