《川流之岛》是由著名导演詹京霖导演的于2016年台湾地区上映的一部剧情类型的剧情片,由尹馨郑人硕蔡祥主演,该片主要讲述了电视电影《川流之島》由《麻醉風暴》團隊瀚草影視公司傾力打造，由金鐘影后尹馨搭配憑《醉?生夢死》獲得台北電影節最佳男配角的鄭人碩，描述國道收費員與卡車司機的愛情，也講述單親媽媽與叛逆兒子的親情。把历史烙印在爱情和回忆的夹缝中，把底层人民的命运交锋展现得热烈又生猛，如果千里之外还有爱情的袅袅余音，那幸存于爱与被爱之间的迟疑似乎也就多了一层理解和宽恕。大人非大人，小孩非小孩，现实远非现实，过去却成定局，只是有人在奋勇搏爱，有人却在摇头踟蹰，其实，我们要的不是生活，而是彼此。这片子居然没有获奖，真的是遗珠，近几年比较喜欢的台湾电影，各方面都很成熟，而且有一些镜头非常动人，虽然说的是底层人生活的压抑和挣扎，但导演居然讲起来除了沉痛之外，更多了一分独属于台湾电影的清新之风。男女主角的表演都很惊艳，每个人都是脏水里挣扎求存的鱼，以及，这居然是电视电影，厉害
