电影《The Legacy》的剧情简介：

After more than a decade living abroad, director Rodrigo Demirjian returns to Buenos Aires to attend the funeral of his father, renowned artist Jorge Demirjian, and dismantle the late artist’s studio containing more than 2,000 artworks. Old family wounds and memories of the complicated and ambiguous relationship Rodrigo had with a dominating paternal figure resurface via the art and recordings of old phone conversations, as well as through interactions with his mother, his sister, and his father’s assistant and friends. Ultimately, in mourning the one who passed away, all must also come to terms with their own relationship with the artist, the family member and the friend. Over the course of the process, the director’s own ambivalence towards paternity is set in motion as he reconsiders becoming a father himself. In his second feature-length, and through a sensitive proximity to family intimacy, Demirjian invites us to reflect on the legacy of family, fatherhood and art.
