剧情梗概：
天下有一种最可怕的毒药叫无衣毒，不仅设计复杂，而且可以随意操控别人生死，这本是唐门失传的一种毒药，但竟然在大漠之中的虹日城中出现了，唐门派出二公子唐仲生前来调查。而在江湖中久未出现的传奇大侠白衣侯，也被卷入到了这场事件之中。自众人来到虹日城后，城内陆续有人离奇死亡，城内守卫大肆追捕嫌犯唐仲生，而白衣侯与江湖混混柳蝉儿被卷入事件中难逃嫌疑，所幸监城司里的云翎相信他们并帮助他们逃脱追捕。白衣侯一众开始调查真相，一段罪恶的往事逐渐浮出水面，原来云城主等人是二十年前出逃唐门的唐门三鬼，他们逃到虹日城利用一批孩童当试验品，造出了可怕的无衣蛊毒，掌控着全城人的性命。而云城主当年为了饲养蛊王，阳寿减半，现在为了续命延寿，他准备凑成五阴大阵，献祭全城召回百蛊，全城性命危在旦夕。白衣侯出手破解了云城主的大阵，但这时候才发现，云城主只不过是一粒棋子，真正的幕后黑手，是跟白衣侯有一段渊源纠葛的大魔王朱雀…
