剧情梗概：A计划是一部剧情,爱情片，故事发生在上世纪初的香港，小喇叭（张卫健 饰）是一位正义感极强的青年，自愿加入水警队，为国家效力。一次偶然中，贺定国（谭耀文 饰）抓住了猖獗的海盗头子古豹，因此而成为了陆警总司令，他和小喇叭在一次行动中不打不相识，最终成为了肝胆相照的挚友。                                                                    　　古莉（张龄心 饰）和古慈（刘园园 饰）是古豹的两个女儿，古豹不甘心就此销声匿迹，遂派她们潜伏在贺定国的身边，伺机将其暗杀，古莉来到了贺定国的家中做女佣，而古慈则加入了水警，就此与小喇叭相识。随着时间的推移，古慈渐渐喜欢上了善良开朗的小喇叭，而古莉亦被贺定国的正直和执着所吸引，刺杀行动眼看就要泡汤。Taking place in 1915 Hong Kong, Xiao La Ba's goal since he was a child is to rid the world of evil. Plan A is a drama and romance film that takes place in Hong Kong at the beginning of the last century. Xiao Xiaodao (played by Weijian Cheung) is a young man with a strong sense of justice who voluntarily joins the Marine Police to serve the country.
