Sounds like a simple recipe for an apocalypse or a cathartic conversation that will elevate their relationship to a higher level of maturity. The protagonists of Dawn flirt with both possibilities, occasionally trivializing the seriousness of the situation and pretending it's all about trivial, friendly banter. In Anna Skoczeń's well-directed film, the casualness of the characters corresponds with the nonchalant form of the film, where documentary intertwines with animation.
