电影《Silvas Metode》的剧情简介：

A six-minute meeting of meditation and the unpredictability of the cinematic language. José Silva’s method is based on spiritualist insights and mindfulness techniques meant to enhance human abilities and streamline perception. The aim is to reach and maintain a mental state called Alpha, where information is perceived as thoughts, images, sensations, smells, tastes, and sound.
                                    
An experimental mantra that visualises human sensory perception. This short-form, pulsating essay is Mersedes Margoit’s debut film, with contributions by Elīna Matvejeva, Imants Daksis and Linda Lindenberga. Margoit, who studied contemporary photography at the University of East London, has created music videos, documentaries, and photographs, and has collaborated with musician Sarha Gure, photographer Damien Frost, and other artists.
