剧情梗概：科学怪狗是一部喜剧,科幻,动画,恐怖片，《科学怪狗》是根据波顿1984年拍摄的一部同名短片改编的，也是首部波顿参与制作的迪士尼动画。                                                                    　　本片采用黑白单格拍摄，并会后期转制成3D形式，为了配合剧情，制作超过200只木偶和道具。                                                                    　　小男孩维克多的爱狗Sparky被车撞死后，他十分伤心。在学校上课的时候，当老师做用电击 青蛙的方法使其神经抽搐的实验时，他有了救活他的小狗的灵感。于是晚上，他引了天上的雷电电击小狗的尸体，使它复活。重生的小狗吓坏了男孩家的邻居们，他们视这只狗为怪物。邻居们追赶狗时将狗和男孩逼进一间小木屋，失手几乎烧死他们。但小狗却将男孩救出，自己死去。邻居和男孩的父母为之感动，决心再次救活它。他们用汽车发动机制造电能，又一次救活了这只狗……When young Victor's pet dog Sparky (who stars in Victor's home-made monster movies) is hit by a car, Victor decides to bring him back to life the only way he knows how. "Frankenweenie" is a comedy, science fiction, animation, and horror film. "Frankenweenie" is adapted from a short film of the same name shot by Burton in 1984. It is also the first Disney animation that Burton participated in the production. The film is shot in black and white single frames and will be converted into 3D form later. In order to match the plot, more than 200 puppets and props will be produced. When the little boy Victor's pet dog Sparky was hit by a car and died, he was very sad. When he was in class at school, he had the idea to save his puppy when the teacher was doing an experiment on using electric shock to make the frog's nerves twitch. So at night, he caused thunder and lightning from the sky to shock the puppy's body and revive it. The reborn puppy frightened the boy's neighbors, who regarded the dog as a monster. When the neighbors chased the dog, they forced the dog and the boy into a cabin and nearly burned them to death. But the puppy rescued the boy and died himself. Neighbors and the boy's parents were moved and determined to save it again. They used a car engine to generate electricity and saved the dog again... When young Victor's pet dog Sparky (who stars in Victor's home-made monster movies) is hit by a car, Victor decides to bring him back to life the only way he knows how. But when the bolt-necked "monster" wreaks havoc and terror in the hearts of Victor's neighbors, he has to convince them (and his parents) that despite his appearance, Sparky's still the good loyal friend he's always been.
