剧情梗概：山形尖叫是一部喜剧,恐怖片，1185年，平、源两家在坛之浦展开殊死决战。落败的平家武士葛贯忠经（沢村一树 饰）带着美丽的宫女光笛（成海璃子 饰）逃到山形县的御释部村，却遭到村民的暗算。光笛被村民侮辱，葛贯则被推入深井活埋。为了镇住葛贯的怨念，村民在当地修建了他的佛龛加以供奉。                                                                    　　800年后的今天，东京红女子高中历史研究会的四名女生在老师胜海子的带领下来到御释部村学习，他们亲眼目睹了贪心的村长（生濑胜久 饰）和开发商强行推倒了葛贯的神龛。这一举动引发了巨大的危机，葛贯的忠诚部下山崎（竹中直人 饰）、伊东（石桥莲司 饰）、藤本、夏彦先后复活，他们连同愤怒的葛贯向当地村民展开血腥报复……A business man and a girls high-school field trip accidentally awake the defeated samurai warriors of Yamagata who return to the village of Oshakabe as Zombies to take revenge against the descendants of the town folk who double crossed them and thus fulfill their ancient curse. The greedy businessman and the mayor of the town want to turn the site of the shrines into a money making scheme replete with spa hotels and theme parks. Our school girl hero Mikayo and her class mates must use all their courage and resourcefulness to defeat the samurai zombies. Yamagata Scream is a comedy and horror film. In 1185, the Taira and Minamoto families started a desperate battle in Dannoura. The defeated Heike samurai Katsuki Tadatsuki (played by Kazuki Sawamura) fled to Gosukebe Village in Yamagata Prefecture with the beautiful court lady Mitsuko (played by Narumi Riko), but was plotted by the villagers. Guang Di was insulted by the villagers, and Ge Guan was pushed into a deep well and buried alive. In order to calm Ge Guan's resentment, the villagers built his Buddhist shrine locally to worship him. Today, 800 years later, four girls from the History Research Society of Tokyo Red Girls' High School came to Goshabu Village to study under the leadership of their teacher Katsukaiko. They witnessed with their own eyes the greedy village chief (played by Katsuhisa Ikase) and the developer forcibly Ge Guan's shrine was knocked down. This move triggered a huge crisis. Katsuki's loyal subordinates Yamazaki (played by Naoto Takenaka), Ito (played by Renji Ishibashi), Fujimoto, and Natsuhiko were resurrected one after another.
