From tattoos to piercings and big boobs, Katie Piper meets people planning major body modifications, and people who've already had them and regret it. Can they persuade the newbies to think again?

Part 1
Katie Piper meets 33-year-old butcher Jo, who is turning the knife on herself in an irreversible procedure known as scarification. The programme also features Chantelle, who regrets her 32 double-F implants, a Brighton girl who lopped off her left ear lobe, Jack from Bristol with X-rated inkings, and a man who is blowing his pension money to look like a parrot.


Part 2
Katie meets Grimsby barman Lewis, who is seeking to get rid of a troublesome tattoo of Henry the Hoover above his private parts. The programme also features comic-book artist Louis, who wants to brand his latest work onto his skin. Plus, a Christian fishmonger who regrets a Jesus inking meets a model planning to have a monster skeletal moth tattooed across her chest.


Part 3
An animal lover who has had her eyes tattooed black to look like a horse, and her tongue split to mimic a snake. The programme also features a former party girl who wants to ditch her double-F boob job, and a woman who wants to boost her breasts by six cup sizes. Plus, a Birmingham woman buys her partner a sub-dermal implant, while one lady wants to lose her tummy tattoo, and another seeks to have an intimate inking removed.


Part 4
Meet Kimberley, who turned to the public and crowd-funding to raise money for a boob job, and Paul, who is covered in tattoos from head to toe and regrets every one of them. The programme also features Ander, who has thousands of piercings in an effort to cure his needle phobia, a girl with embarrassing inkings, and a tattoo virgin who wants to ink her entire body.


Part 5
Katie Piper meets a Spider-Man lookalike with an obsession for body modifications and a midwife with a passion for multiple piercings, who wants a supersize hole in her ear. The programme also features a dad who regrets his body modifications, a mum who is desperate for breast implants, and a student who wants to ditch a `dirty and reckless' secret from her past.


Part 6
Katie Piper meets a woman with a surgery-free solution to enlarging her assets - inflatable N-cup breasts. The programme also features Glen, who has vowed to transform his wife's body from white to black, and a woman who regrets an eyebrow raise that has left her seeing double. Plus, Julian cannot work out why he had such protruding pec implants, and a child minder wants to defy her mum with large tattoos on the backs of her legs.


Part 7
Katie meets more people who love or loathe their body modifications, including Malcolm, who gets a skull design scarred into his skin, and a mum with a crumbling nose job, who is going under the knife again to get it fixed. Sisters Karyse and Deanna plan joint nose jobs on the same day, while Georgia wants to get rid of a tattoo she got after a night out. The programme also features a woman who regrets getting her breasts enlarged from an A to a G cup, and a man with body work ambitions that are out of this world.
