◎简 介
警官弗兰克的儿子患白血病急需骨髓移植，颇遇周折找到的合适人选却是杀人犯迈凯布。见过患儿马特后，起初断然拒绝的迈凯布却满口答应。手术当天，迈凯布被押解到医院，弗兰克的上司卡西迪亲临现场。但就在手术开始的一刹那，迈凯布突然从手术台上跳下来将马特挟持做人质。愤怒的卡西迪要干掉迈凯布，但弗兰克想到儿子只有这一线生存的希望，单独进病房与迈凯布谈判。但迈凯布岂肯罢休，他劫持一辆汽车带着马特逃走。弗兰克紧追不舍。经过激烈追逐，受伤的迈凯布最终被弗兰克擒住并押回医院，马特得救了。但数月后，正在医院做康复治疗的迈凯布再次举枪瞄向看守他的警卫……
