　　城市突然遭遇大规模的袭击，陷入了一片火海之中。科学研究所的刘英德所长临危受命，排查灾难原因，在调查死火山的地震时获得冰河魔主发来的威胁信息：狂妄自大的魔主要全人类俯首称臣，否则将给予人类毁灭。各方汇聚商讨对策，原来冰河魔主和一班仆从是冰河时代人类的残留，他们的特殊体质意味着强大的破坏力。刘所长随即安排研究员雷马（李修贤 饰）进行人体改造，以期成为战无不胜的中国超人对抗魔主。冰河魔主先下手为强，派遣精锐怪物袭击研究所，千钧一发之际，雷马的超人改造获得成功，将怪物击退。但是魔主此役将一名研究员改造成了自己的间谍，雷马和众研究员在魔主的内外夹攻中展开了捍卫人类的战斗……
