Bruce Lee: A Warrior's Journey is a documentary film. Bruce Lee's final film "Game of Death" was released in 1978. Only about 11 minutes of the film was shot by him personally. By chance in 1994, John. Mr. Li Tu and Bruce Lee's widow, Ms. Lianda Li, discovered Bruce Lee's martial arts design manuscripts and scripts for the "Death Game" in Lee's former residence in Idaho. Some of the fragments did not appear in the released "Death Game". This discovery inspired him to devote himself to finding relevant fragments. Mr. Li Tu is the only person authorized to use Bruce Lee's written manuscripts, photos, and other visual materials. He flew to Hong Kong in the same year and discussed with Golden Harvest's senior management about finding these clips. He then edited it into "Journey to the Death Game", a ninety-minute documentary based on Bruce Lee's original script, which included about 25 minutes of precious footage that Bruce Lee originally shot for "The Death Game" but had never been exposed.
