剧情梗概：
1937年，狼子野心的日本帝国主义蠢蠢欲动，时刻准备发动全面的侵华战争。国内外局势动荡不安，敌我双方剑拔弩张，一触即发。在北平一场学生情愿的骚乱中，曾经忍辱负重娶了同窗好友未婚妻赵蔓君的周祖康，意外邂逅原配所生的女儿周敏柔（童蕾饰）。敏柔与有着特务身份的朱金墨（谢君豪饰）有婚约，他们的爱情在时代的乱流内经受着严峻的考验。敏柔的两位兄长分别是国军华北军师长周冠中（魏骏杰饰）和后来加入八路军的周冠杰（张磊饰），他们的民族魂在战火喧天的年代里接受了残酷的洗礼。赵蔓君产下的儿子周汉英（叶静饰）也不可避免投身卫国战争中。                                  祖国的青年用自己的血肉筑起了坚固的万里长城
