剧情梗概：
电视连续剧《桃花劫》讲述了民国初年时期，江南望族姚家少奶奶曾淡云遭二奶奶赵翠屏诬陷，被指与管家刘子浩(由江宏恩饰演)私通。怀有身孕的曾淡云因此受到桃花烙的家法处置。剧中刘子浩(由江宏恩饰演)好心相救，并将其带回老家与妻子宝春认识。曾淡云临盆，产下一女，当日，宝春难产，产下一子后就撒手人寰。多年后，翠屏得知淡云下落，误以为子浩之子是姚家后代，强抢孩子，阴错阳差之下，柱子被抱走，成为姚家骨肉，取名姚靖石(由霍政谚饰演)。淡云之女念慈也被沈家收养，取名沈雁容。在十八年后，姚靖石偶然与沈雁容相遇，两人多年后重逢，再度种下情缘。曾淡云与刘子浩的再次出现，在姚家掀起轩然大波。曾淡云费尽千辛万苦，找回女儿沈雁容。无奈，姚家已家道中落，剧中母女俩都曾经被烙上桃花印，姚靖石与沈雁容几度分合，终于有情人终成眷属，携手同心，重整家园……该剧讴歌了林韦君饰演的沈雁容认祖归宗后，就把家族里对女人不问青红皂白，便采取耻辱性惩罚措施之不平等对待男女的做法给废除了。
