剧情梗概：
大雄（小原乃梨子配音）为了拥有跟小夫（肝付兼太配音）一样的宠物机器狗，擅自从哆啦A梦（大山信代配音）的空间袋订了很多机器人。没想到却将另一个星球的波克（桑岛法子配音）也牵连进来。由于波克严重受损，只有把他带回去他原来的世界，才能得救。于是大雄一行人决定护送这个孩子回去，后来他们遇到了机器人医生查贝克博士（穂积隆信配音）。原来这个机器王国本来是人类跟机器人和平共处的世界，但是在艾德姆国王因拯救机器人，而身亡后，继位的珍娜女王（新山千春配音）由于打击过大，于是把机器人当做奴隶并把他们变成只听从人类的忠实道具来使唤。这主要也是因为珍娜女王听信邪恶司令官铁斯塔（森山周一郎配音）的话，下令改造机器人。铁斯塔一开始就打算利用珍娜，目的是要夺取这个国家。在大雄等人的协助下，人类与机器人在机器王国能回到过去的和平吗。人物角色波克（配音员：桑岛法子）一个住在机器王国的机器人少年，从小就和珍娜女王一起生活，由於波克的母亲把珍娜女王也当女儿般看待，因此实质上，珍娜女王被波克认为是自己的姐姐。他在「机器人改造计画」中被机器人大军追赶，他的妈妈被抓走了，但是他却因为碰上了时空错乱而被送到二十世纪的大雄家。玛利亚（配音员：藤田淑子）波克的妈妈，也是住在机器王国的一个机器人，她可以说是珍娜女王的继母，共同将波克和珍娜女王培育长大。珍娜女王（配音员：新山千春）原本一直都是听从邪恶的大臣铁中塔的命令来治理国家，也因为他而实行了「机器人改造计画」，是一个极度可怕的女王。但是後来在被铁中塔推下悬崖以後，反过来协助打败铁中塔。鐡斯塔（配音员：森山周一郎）机器王国中一个很邪恶的大臣，曾建议珍娜女王实行「机器人改造计画」，一直利用珍娜女王，企图夺取机械人王国。他的真实身分不是机器人，而是博士查贝克的弟弟。
