剧情梗概：
阳光明媚的阿伦黛尔王国，终于迎来了安娜（克里斯汀贝尔KristenBell配音）的生日。早在数周前艾莎（伊迪娜•门泽尔IdinaMenzel配音）便和克里斯托弗（乔纳森格罗夫JonathanGroff配音）、雪宝（乔什盖德JoshGad饰）精心准备这次生日庆典，我们这位认真执着的女王决不允许有半点失误。当她确认一切准备就绪时，便安排两位搭档看好会场，防止蛋糕遭到损坏，自己则独自走入城堡去叫醒熟睡中的安娜。姐妹俩共度生日的记忆还要追溯到艾莎被关在房间的那些年，所以艾莎极其重视今天这个特殊的日子。她为安娜精心挑选准备了各种小礼物，但或许是这几周来太过操劳了，以致于患上了感冒。一路上艾莎喷嚏连连，许多小雪宝从喷嚏中诞生出来，给克里斯托弗和雪宝惹出不少的麻烦。《冰雪奇缘》的后续短片《冰雪奇缘：生日惊喜》于2015年3月13日作为迪士尼另一部影片《灰姑娘》的开场短片登陆影院。同时，迪士尼官方已于2015年3月12日正式宣布，将《冰雪奇缘2》的制作提上日程！续集将由克里斯巴克和珍妮弗李一同执导。不过迪士尼官方没有透露《冰雪奇缘2》的上映日期。迪士尼为了筹备《冰雪奇缘》耗时四年，相信对于《冰雪奇缘2》的制作也将耗时很久，但这依然阻挡不住广大粉丝们的热情。在期待之余，不妨先好好欣赏女王短暂的归来《冰雪奇缘：生日惊喜》。《冰雪奇缘》的幕后主创一一回归，导演克里斯巴克和珍妮弗李再次执导，作曲夫妻档罗伯特洛佩兹和克里斯汀安德森-洛佩兹为该短片创作音乐。这也将是继《冰雪奇缘》荣获奥斯卡最佳动画、最佳歌曲殊荣后，原班团队悉数回归，联手推出的全新作品。艾莎、克里斯托弗、安娜、雪宝等主要角色纷纷亮相，故事讲述了艾莎和克里斯托弗为安娜的生日筹划派对，可是艾莎的冰雪能力似乎又要失控，给庆祝活动的热情带来一些冰爽。评论：如此多的彩蛋给观者以熟悉的感觉，在回顾原片的同时并不局限于此，秒杀各种同人（包括童话镇）。不过我在看本片时只是觉得只是一个完美主义姐姐在努力给妹妹办生日，并没有觉得什么百合，一定是你们太不纯洁了。秋千升降机，anna喜欢三明治，跳沙发看壁画（墙上的全家福像是PS出来的，素材来自原片的人物海报），骑自行车下楼梯，骑士盔甲出境。（以上许多Anna唱doyouwanttobuildanowman的情景在此由姐妹两人一起演绎，感觉无比温暖）。倒进河流的独木舟是anna和hans初遇的梗，oaken的杂货铺与桑拿与自制药品（oaken终于有了唱一句歌词的机会）。女王送的礼物都是原片中的道具又略有不同，比如三明治，troll的头饰，披肩。sven舌头粘在冰柱上，唱情歌的钟楼，喷死hans（被玩坏了），冰雪城堡和marshmellow。
