剧情梗概：男人的秘密是一部喜剧,爱情,家庭片，本剧以张扬、朱丽安夫妻的婚姻生活为主线，探讨当代都市中青年夫妻生活的相处之道，并通过他们的同学、好友以及同事的婚姻、事业和爱情生活，反映了当代都市75后、80初青年人的婚恋观与价值观。全剧以“七年之痒”作为切入点，讲述了张扬、朱丽安夫妻为庆祝安然渡过“七年之痒”这一关，在好友陈醉的张罗下，于某酒店组织了一场名为“七年不痒”的聚会，谁知这场聚会却因为张扬前女友九月的不请自来，以及好友兼同学龙东强的别有用心给搅得一团糟。最终，几对主人公都在平凡的生活中找到了自己的真爱，他们在艰难的抉择中领悟了生活的真谛，发现猜疑与所谓的“激情”只会让生活变得更像一团乱麻，而真正的爱情就在于生活中那看似平凡的点点滴滴之中。
