Ulises follows after a suspicious man who knocks him out and dumps him into the city's sewer. He is rescued by Yamel (Ana Serradilla), a young woman who's hiding an enormous secret. Yamel and other people living in the sewers have been injected with an eternal-youth serum that was developed by a scientist named Igor, under the orders of multimillionaire Milosz, a notorious doctor from the late sixties who owns a large pharmaceutical company and hides his corrupt experiments deep beneath the city.




Underground city is a thriller. After an accident occurred in the Mexico Urban Metro system, the alarm Ulises Elizalde (Juan Pablo Medina) was sent to investigate. Ulises was attacked by a man in the subway. After the man then fell into the sewer, Ulises followed the sewer. In the underground world, he was rescued by a young woman Yamel (ANA Serradilla) hidden in the sky. After ULISES, Yamel and others living in the drainage pipes in the sewer were injected with an eternal youth serum. This serum was in the late 1960s. Under the command of the evil scientific madman Milosz, a name was named Igor's scientist invented. This is why Yamel is actually 65 years old, but has the appearance of 25 -year -old women.
